Every trainer at Infinity is a leader in the industry. They have been specifically selected because of the dedication to improving the lives of their clients. They all meet the professional qualifications such as a degree in Exercise Science or related field, a credible fitness certification and extended experience coaching and training.

He worked several years with the San Francisco Forty Niners and trained Jerry Rice, Steve Young and numerous other world-class athletes. During his tenure in the NFL he won XXIX, serving as the team’s Strength Development Coordinator. This team was the NFL’s first to reach five World Championships.
Chrissy Steigerwald
Chrissy’s career in Personal Training springs from a love of athletics and a desire to help others realize their own physical potential. Having been a competitive swimmer from age 6 through college at the University of Notre Dame, Chrissy believes very strongly in using exercise to achieve a healthy life/work balance.
Chrissy holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science/Physiology from UCCS, as well as certifications from USA Swimming and ASCA (American Swim Coach’s Association). She has coached various levels of age-group swimmers and is a talented age-group athlete herself, having coached herself to a 5th place age-group finish at the 2008 Ironman World Championships and a 7th-place finish at the Pike’s Peak Ascent in 2007.
Steve Shumway
Steve’s journey into the fitness profession was a little non-traditional. He graduated Duke University with a BS in Zoology, but had discovered computer science late in his undergraduate career. He began his career in the computer industry as a systems administrator and ended it as a software engineer after enduring three company closures and subsequent layoffs.
Steve holds personal training and coaching certifications from ACE and USA Triathlon and has coached athletes of all ages. He is a recreational athlete and has competed in numerous triathlons (including four Ironmans), marathons, and other endurance events. He believes that “people are capable of much more than they give themselves credit for!”
