Circuit Classes
Circuit training offers a nice option to a typical strength training session. They can be designed to emphasize different aspects of fitness such as metabolic conditioning, lactate tolerance, strength, core stabilization, fat metabolism, total body strengthening, etcetera. Exercises are changed on a weekly basis to keep the class routine interesting and motivating. These exercise classes will complement any other type of training like, cycling, hiking, running and skiing.

Shared Personal Training
Still working with a trainer but there may be up to 8 people sharing your trainer with you. It is personal training for those who are more independent but still want to maximize their workout time. Each person has their own personal workout. It is a group setting with individual flare.
